Associate Consultant
About the Role:
The role of an Associate Consultant is to effectively manage client and candidate relationships, continue to develop customer relationship and business development skills, and act as an ambassador for Links’ brand within the market.
Job Responsibilities:
- Talent acquisition execution: understanding the hiring needs of the position, posting jobs via different recruitment channels, sourcing candidates, presenting candidates to clients, arranging interviews, negotiating offers, and following up on the status during the guarantee period
- On-going development and enhancement of candidate database; Activating existing candidates in the talent pool and sourcing new candidates through networking, job databases and referrals
- Summarize candidate profiles to clients persuasively and succinctly.
- Communicate effectively by telephone, email and in writing with candidates and clients
- Periodically support senior recruiters in sourcing candidates for specific job orders
- Continually develop knowledge of current market/industry trends relating to the industry or job function
- Participate in client meetings with Senior Management
- As an Associate Consultant, you will develop the ability to meet independently with Clients and represent the brand and business lines. You will also continue to develop your negotiating skills.
Job Requirements:
- University graduate
- 2 years of work experience preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and charisma
- Enjoys speaking on the phone. Not afraid to approach people they don't know
- High energy, passion and a strong entrepreneurial spirit
- Organized, focused and able to multi-task
- Excellent English and Mandarin
- Relevant industry experience or candidate management experience

Senior Recruitment Consultant
About the Role:
As Senior Consultant, you will work closely with the Manager in business development and job execution strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
- Key account management
- Assist in devising new and innovative search and recruitment strategies
- Act in a consultancy role to clients on all aspects of the recruitment business
- Assist the Manager in managing and training the recruitment team
- Assist the Manager in ensuring the team achieves KPIs, sales targets and ongoing business growth.
- Source suitable candidates through database searches, job portals, advertisements, referrals and networking
- Conduct interviews to shortlist potential candidates on behalf of our clients
- Provide advice and knowledge on the current market/industry trends relating to human capital needs
- Coach/advise candidates on career progression and advancement
- Understand clients' recruitment requirements and profile the right candidates to ensure both the clients' and candidates' needs are exceeded

Build revenue for Links within the targeted function. Act as an ambassador for Links’ brand within the market. Serve as a mentor to junior staff and a thought leader within your team. As a Consulting Manager, you will offer strategic leadership, including identifying sectors for your business and key functional roles for the team, detecting the industry's trends and adjusting the recruitment strategy to boost revenue innovatively.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment team to success and self-contribute to the business
- Conduct talent acquisition strategy and roadmap in terms of innovative, developmental, and sustainable
- Manage clients’ relationships to explore their needs, trends, and business opportunities
- Advise the top management for any suggestions related to business and planning.
- Oversee positions and candidates within the team to ensure the successful delivery of top-quality talent
